		<description>I heard a broadcast on NPR that said , the only way the United States financial system will fully recover is from a peoples movement.  So yes small steps like the 3/50 program are very helpful.  People also need to make a choice who to bank with.
Local banks are also important. Make sure you&#039;re buying from and banking with people who have your best interest at heart.</description>
